The Asherah banner ad contest begins today and will run throughout the week until Saturday, June 27, 2009. Design your own original banner to promote Asherah, and it could be selected to win a prize.
Sizes are 468x60, 88x31, 120x240. The background should be a light color and they should be saved in .bmp, .png or .gif formats. Be sure to antialias your text.
Email entries as attachments to baldon@gmail.com before 5 p.m. CDT Saturday, June 27, 2009. Admins will select the best banner(s) and winner(s) will be announced during Sunday events on June 28.
The creator of the winning banner will receive a small house on one full screen. Other contestants who create banners that can be used for advertising will recieve a small house deed. If you already have a house, please talk to me about an alternative prize.
All entries and all parts of all entries become the property of Secrets of Asherah to be used as Asherah sees fit. That means if you write a really good slogan but your artwork is awful, Asherah reserves the right to use your really good slogan with other graphics. Your ad may be posted on a page on the site, even if it is not a winner and you will not receive compensation. If Asherah uses your artwork as you submit it or your slogan verbatim in external advertising you will receive a prize.
