Saw you tried to log on. There aren't any IP bans that would be stopping you from getting on but there seems to be something unusual about your device that causes it to be rejected. Message me and let me know what kind of machine you're using to try to access the game OR try to log on from a standard Windows PC.

I'm going to guess it's one of your security programs. I would suggest you either a) try a different machine or b) one by one turn off your security programs until you can connect. Keep trying!

Hmm I'm stumped, turned all antivirus off temporarily still comes up saying I'm banned... My IP address is 123.3.166.247 could you check to see if it is on the ban list? I also closed all other running programs

We're not getting that on the server - only that it can't recognize your hard drive as a hard drive.

Also your IP changed again. My hunch is it's the IP spoofer.

I'm going to make a char for you called BK, pass 123456 and you can try to get on that. But do put the files in the C:\ drive.

Actually, it's probable the SSD drive is confusing the server.

Hmm i dont have a C: i changed the name to N: but ill try change it back just to see if that makes a difference. You can ban a hard drive there is a serial number or some kind of ID number for each hard drive thats what people do when people get around IP bans. And yes that was me i was changing my IP to make sure it wasnt just my IP being banned but it just seems to reban me :/ I'll try the C: thing and let you know

Okay, good job. This time using an existing char (BK) you WERE banned using your disk number and I got the message for that. So I'm going to guess it's the SSD since they don't HAVE a drive.

I just moved the folder into my other two hard drives and tried but i get the same thing. Im going to try changing them to C:

Nvm i figured it out. It was because the game only recognize a hard drive as C: all my drives were different letters.
