Hey there, I noticed you were having trouble getting back on. You aren't banned. Try closing all other programs and only starting up Asherah. If that won't work, delete all the Asherah files, redownload it and have it be the only program you're running as you start it up again.
Did you move the files, by any chance? They have to be in c:\program files\.
